Overview

Our team is looking for top talent looking to make an impact in child health in Arkansas in several different ways through our potential openings for the Summer 2023 NDC Emerging Leaders Internship Program. (May - August). These job descriptions may represent more than one opening in various departments.

Program Benefits

Housing Accommodations
For candidates that are traveling from outside a radius of 30 miles, we offer temporary housing accommodations during the program.

Living Stipend
Individuals selected for the Emerging Leaders Internship will receive a stipend of $15/hr. Paid biweekly.

Employee Resource Groups
Our Employee Resource Groups (“ERGs”) are voluntary, employee-driven groups at Arkansas Children's organized around a particular shared interest, characteristic or experience. They serve to build an inclusive work environment, increase employee satisfaction and engagement, encourage connection and mentorship among team members and support Arkansas Children's by reinforcing the value of diversity.

Performance Feedback
Arkansas Children’s Interns will have the opportunity to receive informal and formal feedback from their leaders, ask questions and express future interest in a scheduled mid-term and final evaluation.

The emerging leaders internship program is utilized as a talent pipeline for our full-time positions!
